I'm kind of disappointed in the HIM flashlight thing. I loved it at first and then the heartagram on the front started peeling and the battery started to die out.
the rest is still in fantastic condition tho. one of the best investments.

Dark Light moved up 10 spots on Billboard this week, from 108 to 98. They sold 49,284 copies. It's also a yellow shaded entry, which means "Records with the greatest airplay and sales gains this week".

As of Tuesday 3/26, Dark Light will be stocked on the "Studio Red" endcap at Target. This is a display for emerging artists and top sellers. This means that DL has sold enough through Target to justify bumping it up to a "best seller" section, despite being 6 months old. That's quite a feat.

I give them two more years before a nasty breakup.

Then they'll finally be the ultimate rock band.

I only see one more album coming from HIM.  They won't be together much longer I think.

I don't know, I've just got a feeling cuz I guess to me Ville makes it seem like they are only going to do one or two more albums.

Their new contract has at least 3 albums in it.

So they'll be around for a while yet... ::)

Maybe they'll have the other HiM the last one for them.

HRebelIYellM said (s)he could only see one or two more albums coming for them. Robert said they were signed for 3. I was saying that the other HiM, the one from Chicago, could do the third one for them.
It's dumb, I shouldn't have bothered with it.

Probably to sell more copies to dumbass kids who think that it is 'cool' to buy stuff with a parental advisory sticker. Or maybe PETA have campaigned for it after hearing Ville sing "rip out the wings of a butterfly"...

dude haha i posted a thread on it, but hey its cause the legislature thinks its anti christian or something so it can offenc people which gives it the  "explicit lyrics" but i think that is a grey area. "join me" was right out in the open, but its meaning was implied i didnt think it refered to romeo and juliet untill 2 years ago and i had the cd for well over a year

It will be interesting to see if they stick with the dark light sound, or the more older sound, 'cos i find dark light very different. I think the change for this album was nescessary, to keep people interested. I know it kept me interested, so more progression would be good.

they will probably go back to something heavier if they want to avoid the "fame" but they will stick to it most likely or switch it up again

why wouldn't there be? Is HIM calling it quits at the end of 06? I don't think so.
