Thanks to Hurricane Rita, my postal service has shut down until Monday.  What happened to "rain, sleet or snow"?   My town isn't gonna get hit as bad as they originally thought.

Who am I to complain?  I'm happy I got the past two days off, and I still get paid, haha.  :)

I ordered the cheapest one. I wasn't paying extra for an album I knew was going to leak.

The tin is the case. There is no actual jewelcase, if that's what you're talking about.

oh. well, i'll buy the regular version as well. i like to keep my cds in their albums and i'm certainly not carrying around that tin box just to hear the cd.

about the light(to those who have gotten their cds), is the beam strong?

The light is pretty strong but the button is shitty. It will just start to flicker unless you hold it down hard. At least on mine.

i got an email last night from recordstore.co.uk saying:

Dear HIM Customer,

Thank you for your recent order for the new HIM album, Dark Light
Limited CD Box Set.

The good news is that as this item has now sold out it means you are
one of the lucky ones who will receive this highly collectable
product.

The bad news is that we have just been informed by Warner Music UK
that the release date of the limited editions have been put back by
one week to October 3rd.

Apparently there have been manufacturing problems that have held up
the production of both the limited edition on-line exclusive box set
and limited edition digipack.

Once the stock has arrived with us, you will receive a further email
letting you know that your order has been processed and the order
will ship shortly afterwards.

Thank you for your patience and once again our sincerest apologies.
If you do have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

oh poo :'(

why don't you just buy an empty jewelcase instead of buying the album again.

i got mine, I'm in little ol' England.

i really like this picture from the booklet:

the album is very Deep Shadows, I think it'll take more than one listening to get used to it, but i am in no way disappointed, top job once again.

lol, the end to ITNOE is a bit demonic. hmmm I'll get on reversing the intro the Venus.

Mine came today. It's nice. The keychain on the flashlight is obnoxious, though. I have number 11,962/20,000

i'll give you money for it.  all i wanted that tin for was the damn key chain

thanks :).

here is the intro to Venus (I've reversed it).

the child says "where are we going daddy?" you never know, it could be Linde's daughter saying it.

---i would've thought there would be more storm sound-effects on the songs but the only ones i heard were on The Cage (but i could be mistaken)
