It really is not very good. I think Ville was on about it for a christmas release.

I think it's one of HIM's worst songs.

it's good to know that some fans can be honest and let everyone know what they think. and agree, instead of liking every song just because it is a new HIM song

I love the song Dark Light, it would be a good single for Xmas though.  I don't play Play Dead.

My least favorite would have to be The Face Of God, but I don't like Dark Light, compared to it's clip.

I felt that Venus (In Our Blood) was a nice change of pace for the album. I liked the tracks a lot. The only track that I'm not a fan of is Behind the Crimson Door. The rest are nice.

Its pretty scary that your firend picked that out. I refuse to listen to the song however. I will leave that to Betsy.

Aw, lucky! I still haven't received a confirmation that it was shipped out to me yet.  :( I'm missing the best part of the album: the flashlight!!!

I haven't listened yet either.  Hopefully my fan edition comes soon though.  Reading all the reviews makes me want to check it out.

I agree with you on the 20,000 copies.  I would think that not many would be left by now.

No, I haven't listened.

It could be down to 20,000. I mean, the people on the forums are some of the most die-hard HIM fans, that's why we're on the forums, and plenty of us have said we haven't ordered it. There's just lots of HIM fans that like the music but won't pay that extra money for that, or don't even know it exists.

But I don't really have an opinion on if it's 20,000 or not, just saying that I think they're a possibility.

I don't think Warner is like BMG, they might actually keep it limited. Maybe there is 20,000 to Record store and 20,000 to Warners site also.

Tomorrow is the DL-day here in Finland. I guess that means a trip to the record store for Province, me and a bunch of other people.

Funny. The expectations built for this album are beyond anything I've ever experienced. And I already know what it looks like, and have listened to the streams over and over... but still, tomorrow's the day!

Sure, Jen! I'm buying the limited edition.

I just found out that to properly enjoy the song "Dark Light", all you have to do is "bang" your head in a Willy Wonka fashion. ::)

And another thing I thought about, is that the silver heartagram with "Dark Light" written in Ville's handwriting, must be the printed shrinkwrap that Bam talked about. Ripping that thing off you'd reveal the building, which is the proper cover. What do you think?
