It’s on Itunes in the UK, only £1.49 for 3 songs not bad.

HOLY. SHIT. This is a day I wasn't sure would ever come. I've only fully listened to "Run Away From The Sun", but it's very HIM-like. Reminds me a bit of Dark Light and Screamworks. I'm on "Salute the Sanguine" and it's definitely giving me Screamworks vibes. With everything going on right now, this could not have come at a better time.
Come love me 'till it hurts, dance the neon noir with me.

I’ve bought them already but they’re easily found online or can be bought in the US tomorrow I’d imagine. They’re available on Google Play too for £1.29.

It’s very HIM like I’d agree which I couldn’t be happier about. The 3rd song is a little different to the others.

interesting why he choose to premiere his new songs in the same day as Flart Earth....  ;D the guys announced their new song to hit youtube on 20 mart 10:00 3 weeks ago...

ville didnt say anything and posted in midnight (10 hours earlier)... achieve 35 000 likes for 11 hours... in the next 12 hours will have 500 000 views on facebook...

also its strange he posted 3 songs together. thats never happened before... he usually is very thrifty when releasing new songs...

looks like a war... lion vs mouses... the winner is clear...

I had completely forgotten all about Flat Earth and their new song premiere. It's interesting timing indeed, but it just goes to show that it may not be a sinister act and if anything something instead designed to actually help the band by reminding people that they exist in a roundabout way. I'm still not going to make it a priority to listen to the single, but it would've totally slipped my mind otherwise.

At first I thought that the songs were missing a backbone, like they could've used some more force behind them. But now I'm digging just how mellow they are. It sort of helps to differentiate them while still being in that familiar HIM wheelhouse, although I wouldn't mind hearing what they would sound like if they were made to be more rocking and in your face than they are. Perhaps Vol. 2 will ramp it up some?

This is... unexpected

In times of the plague our Finnish Goth is bringing light.

EDIT:
I love it!
It is (not surprisingly) very HIM-ish. More specific, it really reminds me of Tears on Tape (the album). It wouldn't surprise me if some of it turns out to be ToT-outtakes/ideas.

I do however really miss Linde's guitar. For example: a nice Linde riff/solo would have fit in Run Away of the Sun (around 2:52). It does start, but fades away way too quick.
(Same for Saturnine Saturnalia around 4:50. It tries to be Linde/HIM, and it is close, but it is not.) Flat Earth does has the typical HIM (Linde) guitar sound.
