Yeah, you're right.  It's just wishful thinking on my part.

do you guys think they will play regular best of singles, hits setlist - as in 2015 - every gig the same setlist - or they will rotate more songs in setlists and they will play something rarer? i mean, for fucks sake i know this band, i know the always plays the setlist based on the singles and hits and we always had high expectations and hopes and they always turned us down, played the same shits
maybe for someone it is more likely the time that "yeah they are gonna play rare songs" , but i fucking feel that this is exactly the time to bring the same shits to the table as its the last time, so lets enjoy the best of for the last time. I am expecting once they didnt do new songs, they decided to end up the entire HIM i think that this Farewell tour is just a gesture for a fans as they have been off since 2015 and its wrong for them to quit everything just without anything so they are doing this just for fans - so my hint here is that they probably wont put much effort into rehearsing and practicing songs that they did not play in 10-15 years or never, and they will just practice the same songs they dont have to learn and practice too much so this is my prediction and i am really not gonna change this post and i wanna see how many of the songs i will "have" after the tour is done:
BABL
ROTWOAB
RHIMA
JOIN ME
WICKED
SWEET 666
WLADE
FOH
SOUL ON FIRE
KISS OF DAWN
POISON GIRL
IJAS
ITS ALL TEARS
BW
KILLING LONELINESS
ALL LIPS
TOT
HEARTKILLER
SCARED TO DEATH
REBEL YELL
SLEEPWALKING
HEARTACHE
SACRAMENT
BURY ME DEEP

i probably dont have to tell that i would rather hear Resurrection for the first and obviously last time as its my most favorite song in the world and i never had chance to hear it live, i also really wanna hear And Love Said No. I would fucking paid fortune to hear Shatter me with hope or The beginning of the end.

Today i watched some old gems like - St. Petersburg 2001, Semifinal 2003 and Rock Im Park 2001 - i am gonna fucking miss them, seriously they were always so solid and they brought a lot of joy to my life. At least i hope they will play One Last Time on this tour.

guys, you all have smartphone - even if you dont wanna stand still and tape.... and wanna enjoy properly the gig for the last time, at least start the audio recording on your smartphone, leave it in the pocket. It would be a shame if we missed something like when they played Loves Requiem in 2014 - for once in the lifetime - at least there is a proper bootleg of that gig. It would be bad if we missed some gem. Altough i think that my setlist is 85% as its gonna look like :-D

INTO THE NIGHT
ENDLESS DARK
666
REBEL YELL
HEARTKILLER
ROSE
LOSE YOU TONIGHT
RAPTURE

ENCORE:

WL&DE
ONE LAST TIME

I'm wondering just how long this farewell tour will last. I'm thinking it goes into 2018...it seems a lot to squeeze in. I doubt it was a hasty decision, just seems rushed.

Of course that could just be my own disbelief.

And then in that time they can release the new album and continue the tour til the end of 2018 (I wish)
Today tomorrow seems so far away and the wait in vain

I'll be in Cologne, hopefully managing a halfway decent audio

Would have loved to see them more often but I can't go to any of the other shows. Maybe Helldone. Probably not :/
Will you dance to this beat and hold a lover close

I really hope they record more than one whole concert want me to DVD out of the tour for God's sakes I'll say it once and I'll say it again we need at least one more box set that's well deserved maybe  love metal archives Vol 2. This is a farewell tour for god sakes it would be a little selfish of the band to not listen to their fans for at least just this once I mean if the tour is going to go all the way into 2018 there's a lot that can happen in ways of production of the DVD or even a new live CD

The Warsaw show is sold out, too. A few of my friends are left without tickets. But somehow I don't think the gig will be moved to a bigger venue in this case.

i have a feeling that seeing Gas on the Helldone gig in Tavastia is quite possible even he is out since 2015, it would be really nice to see Gas one last time on the last HIM gig at least for one song.
Dont forget Antto and Patka performed their goodbye in HIM in Tavastia 2000 too (yet they were out of band since 1998, Patka early 99)! on WLADE!

I agree. It's only fitting that he makes an appearance!

He didn't stay too long in LA from what I remember. His plans must have fell through or something.
