webstream, radio broadcast or TV broadcast would be nice !

As they cancelled Helldone this year because of no new material to play, they are playing at this Festival, that means they will be playing something new, right? Hopefully

alright then, now lets be serious - who is going and can possibly record the concert on video or audio??  ;D

I hope Mige's bass doesn't go out during a new song - if they play one. Of course, then they can just play another new song later on. This one's called Vampire Heart. It's dedicated to the people who were throwing bottles at us. Wait. Wrong concert. Anyways. Dodododododododo do do do.

I was just coming to post about this but it's already here! Very exciting and I really hope those of us who can't make it will get to experience even part of it somehow.

If they play a new song, anyone wanna bet on whether or not the word "love" is in the title? The last album was full of loves. They had to shorten When Love Starts To Die because it was getting ridiculous. Ok, it was only three songs, but still. Sometime they should play a setlist entirely of songs with love in the title.

1. Buried Alive By Love
2. It's All Tears (Drown In This Love)
3. When Love And Death Embrace
4. Death Is In Love With Us
5. Dead Lover's Lane
6. Love, The Hardest Way
7. And Love Said No
8. No Love
9. I Love You (Prelude To Tragedy)
10. Love's Requiem
11. In Love And Lonely
12. Love You Like I Do
13. When Love Starts To Die
14. Love In Cold Blood
15. Dark Sekret Love
16. Acoustic Funeral (For Love In Limbo)
17. Love Without Tears

I forgot two of them. That's how many there are. Would you go see a show like that? I would...for the sake of science.

3 things I'm praying for
1: for the show to be proshot
2: for the sound techs not to mess up the mixing
3: for ville's voice not to sound all "nasally"

You're asking for three different miracles there, Jarvis. The Cubs just won the World Series so God is all tapped out on miracles for at least another year.

Proshot would be perfect, radio broadcast too! But honestly i doubt that we will get something.
Come on guys , we already know 3/4 of the setlist, they have obligatory songs that they just cannot skip. We wont change it, so lets face it, we know what they will play. If they will try some new material - it would be fucking great.... most unlikely they wont play new song, maybe some new cover ...
regarding the 3rd thing that @SIRJARVIS01  is praying for - Ville sounded awesome in 2015, so lets hope he will sound strong and great in 2017 as well.

another thing that i have been thinking of - we have a lot of time, months .... lets gather all fan clubs from all around the world, heartagram teams, just lets create or better make some official petition that we want at least audio broadcast of this show so every HIM fan can enjoy them - they are inactive lately, and since then they will be on pause so it will be kind of unfair for the fans, they have been in the US almost 2 years ago for example. If they just did on time shit and streamed it on the heartagram.com site? What would happen? Nothing at all, even if it was for money, i would pay for that stream for fucks sake, lets do it , what can we lose? Nothing , the worst what can happen is that it will be ignored. We can email it to Tuska organizators, Seppo... Actually it could work.  Or make some open letter , every fucking FB fan page, official heartagram teams, HIM clubs, forums - everyone united - will sign under it, will share it, we can somehow make it viral in the HIM community, maybe it wont end upt unnoticed.... Foo Fighters played a gig after what Italian fans did in Cesena.... We will only ask some dumb broadcast or stream or whatever really.

Sometimes I just forget they have a "website"...

Do you think one of the band member is updating it? I mean, the layout of the unique page could hardly be simpler.

I like the idea of doing something to request a broadcast but I am not sure the HIM community is still big enough to make a real fuss about this though.

A video of the fans asking for the broadcast (something showing the country flag of the fans holding a sheet with the written request) sent to the festival organization and a online petition would be a good start.

I think the best that anyone can hope for is for someone who's there that's from this forum to stream the show on Periscope on something, but at that point you're better off just waiting a day or so for the YouTube videos to roll out so you can witness the show in better quality, unless you really wanna hear the garbled mess of a possible premiere of a new song in real time with everyone else. Besides, if they don't play anything new, what are you really missing out on that warrants the show to be aired live? Don't get me wrong, a live stream would be nice and all, but I just don't see it happening unless a plan to do so is already in the works. A petition, unfortunately, doesn't change the fact that they would still need the equipment to do so, the personnel to run it, and the adequate online infrastructure to use. Maybe we'll get a proshot video or two on the festival's YouTube account if we're lucky, but judging by what they have uploaded so far, I wouldn't hold my breath for that either.

what's sad about that is the fact that if it would have been in the year 2003 or 2004 this wouldn't be such a miracle wish I don't understand why they don't just bring an experienced tech there's other bands that don't even have half the talent that they do and yet their live setup is done so much better. it's a bit ironic the more the band keeps upgrading their own equipment the crappier the live versions sound mixing-wise anyway.  I s@y the band should listen to their fans petitioning all this request for a live stream if we're lucky we might even get a DVD (NOT)

In my opinion, rockpalast 2000 berlin 2000 and rar 2001 were spectacular. Sure, they didn't have the perfect sound but the shows had Life in them. Now a show with that type of excitement is rare. I hope they blow the roof with this new gig

Hi there, I'm new here but have been browsing the website from time to time for HIM related news and it's always good to hear others opinions etc. Does anyone think the new album will be as late as 2018? I hope it's not  :-[ We were all expecting a new record next month in December just in time for Santa. Surely Ville has toilet roll to buy and the new record will be out march time next year? I guess it keeps us on our toes, I keep telling myself they've been hiding in the studio after the 1st run of Daniel Lioneye shows in Finland but who knows. July the 1st seems like an awful long time for a headline show unless they'll have a Euro tour before that. I'd love to go but it's expensive in Helsinki, I'm saving my pennies for euro tour so I can try catch them in Poland. Flew to Prague last year to see them and it was immense. Heading to see Daniel Lioneye next month so hope some fans will find out some news from that tour.

Cheeeers!
HIM shows - 24/10/04, 23/06/2006, 29/06/2007, 10/12/2007, 15/03/2010, 16/03/2010, 23/10/13, 03/08/2015 *Farewell tour shows* 14/06/17 - 15/06/17 - 02/12/17 - 14/12/17 - 16/12/17 - 30/12/17 (Thee end - RIP HIM)
