Lashes to Ashes USB Drive

So I wanted to get this box set when it was first available for pre-order, just couldn't afford it at the time. I finally purchased it yesterday from a local store.

When I got home and opened it and was looking at everything, I was trying to pull out the USB stick. The little rubber hoop I assume is how you remove it, by pulling on it.

Well that little hoop just tore right off, anyone else have this happen to them? Anything I can do about? I don't see any other way to remove it.

You're not missing anything from the USB, it's all crap... literally. The center of the heartagram piece is hollow so what you probably did was put pressure in the middle while pulling on the USB which made it harder to pull out.
