It was named Pelle Hermanni (The Clown Hermanni)

I wonder if Ville evered got picked at becose of having the same

Hmm, here is a Question for you guys.
By Firing Andy Wallace do you think that it was a good idea?
I mean sure they kept their "Finnish" Sound, but they also kept Tim Palmer's "Rock Pop" Sound. Hearing further releases of Andy Wallace (Velvet Revolver, Avenge Sevefold, Rage Against the Machine, Slayer, and the Up Coming release of Guns N Roses) you can have real idea that the guy not only gives his opinion but lets you control a main frame of sound (thats if you have heard those albums).

Personally, I think Ville made a mistake on his part. Though all that mattered to the label is that they get albums sold sure and making the image of the band more American. But continuing this course the Band letting Tim Palmer having control of the Sound limits the band reaching out to other people.
Pity talent is being thrown away to make more Money.

I don't think they kept their Finnish sound at all. Dark Light is completely American, and I think that's why all the old fans had such a hard time accepting it.

But you bring up a good point, did the American sound come from Tim Palmer, or would there have been something different from Andy Wallace?? I'm not so sure. Don't you think Ville had something that he was going for and wouldn't have settled with anyone until he reached that? I just mean, I don't think it's Palmer or Wallace who are responsible for the direction of sound, as much as Ville.

I think the main problem with dark light was that they tried to add all this twin peaks esq into it. which would of been a great idea if they actualy did that. Instead they just mad pop rock and threw in some cool parts at the end or beginning of the songs.

also it is just way to structured. everysong has the same basic structure and its just boring.

There's a website which has information about (almost) all of HIM's live dates from 1992 - present. You click on a date and the information drops down, it had the date, location, setlist and who was in the band at the time. I think the site had a greyish background.

Anyone still got the link?
