Heyo,
I was trying to find "Venus In Our Blood" on Spotify (I'm in the UK, not sure if that'll make a difference for results) when I discovered that for whatever reason Dark Light isn't available for listening on there, however I noticed another track called "Venus In Our Blood" by an artist called Therese A. McNichol, from an album called "Dark Light of Eden". I chuckled at the no-doubt coincidence at the names matching and then thought that it was perhaps a cover version, so I clicked on the album to see more. Lo and behold, it's the full Dark Light album in the exact same running order. I decided to listen to the tracks and was bewildered when it played HIM's original recordings. The album's even for sale on Amazon UK!
I've tried searching Google for more information but I can't find anything, has anyone ever seen this before? Is it some kind of legal loophole the band are using e.g. HER for the first few US albums? Or is it the much more likely story that someone's stolen the album wholesale and tried to pass it off as their own?
Cheers
