I met up with volcom sk8r but they booted me for smoking cigarettes during soul on fire.   Such bullshit that I didn't get to hear Rebel Yell but it was worth it just to hear Pretending and Gone With The Sin.   I smoked two joints in there and they decide to kick people out for a cigarette.   The Fillmore staff were such assholes about it.   Almost ruined the whole trip for me but I did get to hear some new songs live.   It was my 9th show so the only ones I am  sad I missed were No Love and Rebel Yell.   I hope they do Rebel Yell in the states again.   I'm used to going to concerts in PA or even OH so I didn't think people were so strict at some venues in different cities... I was a lil tipsy which could have been a factor.

Got the cool LM Archives Shirt with the razorblade and eyes symbol.  Glad I got it before because the motherfuckers would not let me back in.   I'm trying not to be completely upset and pissed,   focus on the positives.    Will deff be watching the Las Vegas broadcast... hope it will include Love's Requiem or Stigmata.

So when's HIM's next US tour ? lol

I was at a show during the SW tour and someone threw like a wooden bracelet on stage and it almost hit VV. He stopped the show mid song and gave a 3 minute pissed off lecture how that shit isn't cool anymore after what happened to Dimebag. It was awkward being in that room. And than to lighten the mood (in my mind at least it did), he said something about at least throw eyeliner up on stage so they can be like turbonegro. Then he proceeded to sing a few lines of Rendezvous with Anus

So..... you're saying throwing stuff at Ville results in lyrical gold? I AM TOTALLY KIDDING. Seriously why do people throw solid shit anywhere at a venue? When I was in school my friends would go buy the biggest most ridiculous bras and panties they could find and threw those on the stage (never at the people) when the groups they liked were on.

Blah saying "When I was in school" makes me feel old..... and I am SO not old.

Ville apparently got pissed that his earpiece wasn't working. He was pissed from the very beginning and it climaxed at The Kiss of Dawn. He stopped the show to take a "creative break" as he called it to basically yell at the techies asking what the problem was. A fuse had burnt to no one's knowledge and there was a five-minute break. The house lights were raised and people used the opportunity to take a piss/get another drink/etc.
Once he came back out, they skipped the setlist to "Buried Alive By Love" to liven up the crowd once again and to get them out of a shitty mood. However, it still appeared as though there were technical issues throughout the rest of the show. They skipped around songs and Ville apologized to everyone for the issues that were faced that night. He said they were gonna end quickly and "get the fuck out of there" as everything was "breaking down by the minute". They ended their set with "Rebel Yell". Ville then threw down the mic and walked off, Mige threw down his bass, and Linde tried to hang up his guitar, failed, and then just dropped that as well. Burton and Gas gave their thanks/goodbyes to the crowd. People naturally stayed and cheered for an encore, and after about two minutes of confusion, the lights were raised and the equipment crew came to clear the set entirely.

Looking back at past setlists from the tour, I see they completely skipped "In Joy and Sorrow" and "WLADE". Not to mention, they only played half of Kiss of Dawn. I was fairly disappointed with how it all concluded as I personally haven't seen In Joy and Sorrow performed live in ages. But hey, I guess when you don't want to be somewhere, you just GOT to get the fuck out as fast as possible.

It certainly did make things an experience, though, and will probably be the most unforgettable HIM concert I have been to so far.

yeah they upacked their present on the first show, they should close the show with these songs , i dont get it , they have it printed on setlist - that means that they practiced and prepared it for the tour - why they are still skipping it? for fuck´s sake i would rather take Stigmata on the stream than : RHIMA, Join Me, Wicked Game, BABL, Soul On Fire, Kiss Of Dawn, Poison Girl or Rip Out The Wings - LOL

I'm thinking they will play LR at Helldone and we might get lucky to hear Stigmata, Funeral of Hearts or Bleed Well for the Las Vegas Stream.   Its' gonna be really awesome... dave Matthews band did the first yahoo live stream when they announced 365 concerts in 365 days.   I wondered if HIM would make the list due to the fact 365 artists is a lot and my wish totally came true.   The cameras were great and I've been to the HOB in Vegas and it's much smaller than the Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville so we should get some great shots and angles from this.

Edit: It says December 20th at 12:30am ET for me.  Forgot about the time difference.
