Does anyone here collect magazines? I have been looking for 2 particular copies that I could kick myself in the butt for not getting when they were readily available.

Metal Hammer - Feb 2010 - Ville on the cover as the Mad Hatter - I don't know the issue number
Revolver - Issue #40 -Ville on the cover during Dark Light era 

I've checked both websites for the magazines and they have no back copies of these two particular issues available. I've scoured eBay and found 2 Revolver magazines for sale - one is $60 with an autograph and the other is $14.99 but comes from a smoking environment. Now that wouldn't deter me per se, but my friend ordered something from that particular buyer (cd's ) and said they reeked badly so I am afraid what a mag would smell like.

If anyone has an extra copy of these that they would like to sell I would be forever indebted!!  Or if you can point me in the direction to finding copies of them that would be awesome.  Just send me a private message if you can help.

I bought a digipak years ago from a smoker (smelled more like pot) and it still smells.

What does the cover of Revolver - Issue #40 look like? I don't know them by numbers.

I worked at a place that sold those back then. Having to rip the covers off the unsold magazine and then thrown them in the trash felt so wrong. Such a waste.

Does that listing really say that it's $24.00 to ship that magazine!?

yes, i'm also looking for one of those (i found one, in a pack, seller never sold, but never reply me) but that postage to europe its too much...
but i know sent magazines is expensive, i have one extra, and the shipping is expensive that the magazine itselft

Yep! That's the one I'm looking for.  And I decided not to buy the one listed by the "smoker" on Ebay- just can't fathom spending the $$ to get something that reeks! I even went back through some of their feedback and noticed several buyers had made that comment.  Oh well... I'll keep looking.
