In her new book "Go Big or Go Home" Kat von D revealed a story of her relationships with Ville. Beautiful and sad at the same time, it's quite interesting to read.
Though she didn't write his name, only in the end "V, no number of songs, drawings or words could ever be enough"... it's obviously she's talking about him.
So now it's clear that Screamworks was dedicated to Kat, every song was love letter to her.
And I don't know why I think it's not the end of the story...

Jesus, listening to each song now takes on so much meaning. I don't know Kat personally, but I feel like I have a moderately deep understanding of her and Ville's relationship now. I dare say this changes my feeling on the album as I now know how personal it is.

Wasn't Katherine Wheel initially going to be the first song of the album? I saw an interview about the song and he said " it's about several Katherines".

They way she puts it, they never really dated. More like a making out and sharing a bit of misery thing. Screamworks wasn't all about Kat though.

She felt like it was, and after the excerpt from her book, you can pick out lyrics in each song that relate to things she said. Not entire songs, mind you, just parts. Ville was thinking about her a lot.

Frankly, after listening to "Rosary Blue" (her duet with the 69 Eyes) I think she should stick to tattooing and stop trying so hard to be a musician.

That was honestly my favorite song off that album, I liked it.
