I highly doubt there was tampering. No one at customs would have THAT much time on their hands to look through every single package for a postcard, then seal them back up. Let alone the customs people would even know to look for a postcard in the first place.

Exactly! The people bitching that theirs was tampered with and that's why they didn't get a card are just jealous and have a poor understanding of statistics. Also, from my understanding, if customs goes through a package they have to label it as such.

Aha, yes from the US Customs and Borders webpage:
"What is the process international mail goes through when it enters the U.S.?

Mail entering the United States from abroad first arrives at a U.S. Postal Service Sorting Facility. The Postal Service then sends packages to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for examination and to assess duty, if any is owed. CBP processing is required for civilian parcels as well as those sent from overseas military postal facilities (APO/FPO).

If CBP re-sealed a package due to examination, colored tape with the words "Examined by CBP" would be used."

That's fine and dandy, but as a customer who purchased TWO fan packs and got one early with no signs of tampering I can say without any shadow of a doubt that my 2nd was tampered with. Not only was there extra tape to keep the package sealed, but the cardboard that contained the package was extremely easy to open... much more so than my first. Secondly, my tote bag came without the plastic baggy that it's supposed to be in AND the posters were folded and creased in such a way that it seems that they were just shoved in the package. The difference between my first and second is night and day.

Also, "Examined by CBP" is nowhere to be found.

I'm comfortable blaming everything on future publications. Worst company ever. I received a reply today about my empty package which I requested express shipping on. She said she would set up a new package to be mailed out and to expect it within TWENTY ONE days. LAWL.

As somebody pointed out, the fan pack is what was leaked. It could very well be a Future Publications employee tampering with them. They would certainly know about the postcards and whatnot. Still though, they wouldn't  have the time to through each pack.

The company is just a shit company. That's all there is to it.

mine it comes with the fix tape too, and the red seal/stamp was very few sticked above that, both seems to be put at same time, and all inside was perfect, but later when i have to put all the stuff inside i've had to be careful to avoid damage
i asked to other Spaniards that received the parcel at same time (in fb) all of them (3) have the fix tape, and one of them also had the signed card

when the tape is removed, some glue still on the paper, that use to stick to any near, getting some dust...

My fanpack came with a piece of tape in addition to the red seal as well. The drawstring bag was sealed in plastic.

Sadly the outside of the package was a tad banged up on the edges (obviously due to shipping), and because of the piece of tape over the seal, there occurred a bit of ripping upon peeling open; but everything else looks pristine.

I don't think the lack of a signed post card is any reason to claim tampering (it was only 1,000 postcards, people).

A new interview in Polish, more talk about the album but they never ask about the canceled US tour.
It's a phone interview from May 24, it's more interesting than any of the recent interviews, google does a decent job translating.

I also plan on getting Sabbath's new album on vinyl. Me and Ville have a lot in common. We should hang out sometime.
