Won't be anything new today as it's Easter. But Monday could bring new things.

I was trying not to listen to anything other than IWBTEOY (live), TOT & ITN (radio edit) and all lips go blue but it's too tempting.   And after hearing these clips 1-9 i'm convinced we really do have a great record ahead of us.   It has potential to be my number 1 or 2 favorite album, along with love metal of course.

Based on what I've heard so far it's already surpassing Dark Light and Screamworks in my mind. I don't think it's going to be my favorite of all HIM albums, but it's going to be up there.

For me Love Metal and Venus Doom are the kings of my TOP, but nowadays I only listen to Sleepwalking, Passions and VD so TOT can be at the 2ยบ place.

It doesn't need to be "old schooled or, metal to be a great album. I'm saying this for the poppy melodies on some chorus of TOT, 'cause there'll always be people saying "DOESNT SOUND LIKE RAZORBLADE, VILLE'S UGLY (?)", haha..

The first is due Friday. Possibly different ones for different regions.

I think this will be in my top 3

I wonder if there's a way to delete the audio commentary from these videos, leaving us with a bit of a pure audio rip of the actual track?

Dani Filth Easter Sunday. What a bloody joke! I woke up this morning with a resurrection on and no bloody Hand of God to finish me off! What the Hell? Had to find my Easter Bunny instead. Anyhoo, bad jokes aside, in the middle of recording some Devilment drum tracks at the moment, which are sounding fab! Also, believe it or not, I have written an intro for the new Metal Hammer HIM special ( by special request of my chum Ville ) and a four page article on original Black Metal for a Terroriser special edition out mid-April.

Ok. This one is forgivable. I'm in on this one. I ordered a Cradle of Filth autograph CD from them and it was legit.

The big question now is...1 or 2 copies? (I hear myself and see myself typing that, and I realize I'm fucking sick...but not as sick as many of you, haha)

*Edit* I fucking bought 2.  Fuck my life.

Whoamg, real name usage!  :)

Jay, I just did one copy of the signed one. Cos ultimately, it's still just the plain old CD/DVD version with an autograph booklet thrown in.

Damn, had to order that damn cd from Newbury.  I now expect a personal concert from HIM on my birthday which just so happens to be 4/20 :)  Damn, getting dangerously close to $200, although not in as much as others ;)  I think I have 3 copies of the album now, waiting on the damn single, and whatever else comes with that super bundle haha.

Matt eh? I bought 2 because I can open one...and sell the other!  (Yeah right), I still have a sealed Dark Light tin, and a sealed US Razorblade Romance with the Explicit Content logo, and a sealed HER Razorblade Romance.  For some reason I only bought one of the Venus Doom books.

I guess I planned on retiring early on these "investments" lol

I still have my sealed RR with the parental advisory. It was the very first HIM CD I bought, at a Virgin Megastore (remember those?) in Nov 2003, and through odd circumstances, never opened it. I'm glad I didn't. And yeah, I usually keep sealed copies of each album nowadays...wish I'd have done that with the Dark Light tin and Venus Doom book...
Weren't the VD books really fucking expensive? There must have been a reason why we only bought 1?

I don't remember, I think you're right.  Like in the $75-80 range.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Which is really absurd for that. I mean, it was cool, but even now I wouldn't have bought 2 at that price.

I tend to only keep singles sealed if I buy them like that.  Otherwise, all my other cds are opened.  For some reason I own a couple of copies of DSABH digipak edition.  They're opened so I have no clue why I have them haha.  I think I bought one off of eBay and the guy said it was the Christmas version but it was just the digipak and he said keep it.

Let's all just be honest...we use the extra copies for jerk off material. Keeping them sealed keeps your investments clean and free of spills.

Dammit, I've been lying to myself all these years and I guess it's time to face the truth.  Thanks Daedalus.  Let's just hope my fiance? doesn't find out  ;)

Ouch..this is really starting to hurt my wallet..i mean between everything so far and the 3 shows I'm attending..not to mention all the merch that will be at the shows..is this the real reason they took such a long break? So we could accumulate money for the release.

I want the autographed cd, but I don't want to have to buy it again from some European country just to get the extra videos.  >:(
