Something for those who go to a concert in Chicago:

I will be setting up a way for everyone attending the Chicago HOB venue to meet. I will be wearing a black HIM T-Shirt with my name on the back....find me and you just might get a little something

It will be awesome meeting other fans that are coming from all over, but working Illinois HIM Street Team members will be the ones getting the goodies....then again I guess it depends on just how many goodies I can get

I was thinking about the tot songs they will play and it would have to be (not talking instrumentals) :

I don't see them playing hearts at war, drawn and quartered or love without tears but I could be wrong.

HIM has always done that with signing and they arent the only one's to do so. Such a shady way to boost record sales. You should be able to bring any of the 5 million versions of ToT to gain entry.

I'm debating if I even want to bother with the signing. I knew last time, it took hourssssss to get through the line, and some people were almost late to the concert. I've been listening to the band for 10+ years and STILL have never met the guys. I want to meet them to tell them thank you for so much more than just making good music. But I think it all plays out better in my head than it would in reality. Also, I want Ville, Linde, and Mige to sign my 666wtl cd, and see if Gas will sign a Kyyria album for me. Burton, maybe if I had a Suburban Tribe album, but he gets left out

I really don't think it's them trying to boost record sales. I think it's more about the store wanting to that, but making you purchase the album for entry has it's benefits... Imagine if anyone was allowed to get in line, it'd be huge.

I agree that this is likely the store's doing. There always has to be some selective process, and the line will be huge regardless. If you want to be a scumbag, you could always lie about an illness or something.

Well anyways maybe I'm lucky enough this time to meet them in Berlin on Monday to catch an autograph. I'm starting to get pretty excited for the concert now. Only a few days left.

Buy the CD, get it signed, then take one of your multitudes of sealed copies you've already bought and return one of them using the receipt. Barcodes are the same as long as it's a US version.
