I was trying to figure out where they could be recording, so I started with old studios they worked with and when I saw the painting I realized that Ville's last picture was taken there.

They wouldn't go to Finnvox just to record demos. They have their own practice space to do that. I'd wager they are there in the early stages of production. Surely Ville worked out all the demos all the while Gas was tending to his injuries.

And any news about Gas ? Is he fine or still injured?

A twitter fan site said that Gas was doing much better and that they were trying out new material...so we'll see

There are drums on the picture which is very good sign...
If I remember correctly in 2007 there was an interview with Ville about the Venus Doom and he was saying that the drums sessions for the album were recorded at last. Probably they'll do that again to save some time...

You know, at least Ville looks like a rocker again with his hair and beard. For the longest time he's been too clean cut looking and it's made me sad.
