I know you can get them for free at some places, I can't remember where. Just know they will probably be cheap kinds you have never heard of and will have a chance of being overall shit. Best bet to get them for free (and lots of them) is to say you are going to give them out to help promote safe sex. They will be happy to give you a barrel full of them.

sometimes they have condoms in bowls and you can just take them, or you can ask for some and they'll give them to you, most of the time without even asking questions.
