i've gotten them twice once when i was 14 and the other when i was 17 it was very embarassing becasue my mom took me to ther doctor and the doctor told my mom oh you have nothing to worry abouts its just blue balls BOTH times what an asshole he was

The best present is something that has some real meaning, not one of those cliche presents. Think about some things, perhaps inside jokes, and get her (or make) something that fits. My girlfriend always enjoys those sort of things so much more, 'cause they have meaning.
