Careful who you say it to. I know some guys here who wouldnt think twice on your second remark. I thankfully have my own agenda, and it doesnt involve the same sex.

Well there are some guys who are forced to shave due to personal or work related reasons.
Than there are those weirdos who do it for the fun of it.
I think I am one of those, well not my legs. Some people have seen my legs. I am far from having bald legs or hairy.

Again there is nothing wrong with shaving (anywhere). Just as long as you keep it in the circus and clean about it I am sure no one minds.
