Sony Music is re-issuing several major albums as part of a "Rock Box" Series. All of the re-issued albums will have "Tin" cases. No word on additional tracks, remastering, or extended liner notes. These will be released in the UK on 10 Aug 2009.

Sounds great, good to see.

Hopefully it refreshes the album in peoples (and the bands) minds.

I am pretty sure I'll be picking it up.

It looks good, but I really don't fancy buying another copy of that album unless something regarding the track listing is new.

It would be cool to see a remastered edition of the 666 Ways To Love tracks on there, but lord knows we'll probably never see that.

Who can upload photos and tracklist? Is it limited edition or not?

No photos yet, the CD got delayed by two weeks. The tracklist is the same as the standard album, nothing new.

The case looks real nice, but I don't think I'll be picking this up unless songs are remastered or theres a bonus, I have enough GLSV666 as it is.

Finally got it. The case is neat. Ville is embossed, so he sticks out a bit. The CD itself is identical to past versions. Even the catalog number printed on the disc itself is the old European one. It actually looks like they scanned the label of another disc and used that to create the disc image. The print quality is shitty.
Otherwise, nothing of note.

If the printing quality were better and they re-released the entire catalogue I would go for this. But not so much.

i wish i had the money to buy all the albums i like! i used to buy the HIM albums even though i had them in mp3 in my PC... but now... i don't think i will!
every album has 3 versions with different packages...and that is kinda stealing for me :/
it costs too much to have all HIM albums...
i will just wait for the new one :)

The tin box was pretty neat.  I don't know though, somewhat disappointed there was nothing new to it.

HIM should do like a deluxe version of all their old cds and have bonus songs. That would be sick.
