Im so glad that Like St Valentine was released, but why has Shatter Me With Hope not been leaked yet.

It has, if you know where to look.  ;)

Haha I feel like an idiot, I forgot to look in the most obvious spot.
It doesn't work
I miss HIM !!

I just tried the link, and it's working fine.  You have to click the link, and follow the directions from Megaupload.

im honestly a little let down by shatter me with hope...... parts of st. valentine are awesome though.....

we need more previews and songs..... i remember two and a half years ago at how much of a step up the new venus doom songs were from dark light, i'm not getting that same feeling, but as a whole (from what we heard, so far) this album seems that it will be much in the same vein as razorblade romance, love metal, and venus doom where there is not a mediocre part on the album
I see a tulip on the grave of a lover who confessed, "I'm a soldier and a poet
But I'm a dancer at best."

My only concern is that apparently this is not the album version.  I happen to like this Hilli mix...

Just kind of a heads up, Screamworks showed up in our inventory system at Target on Friday. The regular price for the standard album is $9.99. Target WILL NOT carry the deluxe edition or the vinyl. Odds are good that the album will be on sale for $7.99 during the first week, but do not quote me on that. I'll get definite pricing tomorrow, hopefully.
Also, seeing as the album is priced low means it will probably be merchandised on our "Emerging Artists" endcap display, but again, I can't say that for sure just yet.

from topic Screamworks Leak???
Quote from: Vao
i think next week will leak....aroung friday or something...

Quote from: dahaka
what makes you say this  :P?

Dark Light
Release Date: 26.09.05
Leak Date: 19.09.05

Venus Doom
Release Date: 17.09.07
Leak Date 04.09.07

ScreamWorks
Release Date: 08.02.10 (05.02 Finland but i couldn't find any official inform.)
Leak Date: aprox. -10days

and now something really interesting from Sue magazine:
Quote
- Acoustic Funeral, for example, is related to When Love and Death Embrace, a kind of a lullaby from hell. Love, the Hardest Way on the other hand is pure Right Here in My Arms style rock. And in a way a song like Scared to Death in its classic pop format is like Join Me.

Quote
- Ode to Solitude is a kind of Metallica meets Fleetwood Mac meets Buffalo Springfield thing. It has its own weird genre. The drumming is sometimes very Lars Ulrich-like, but then there are blues elements.

Quote
Spiders also had a part to play in the making of the album. If one hadn?t bitten Linde, the final track The Foreboding Sense of Impending Happiness wouldn?t be nearly as Martin L. Gore-like as it is now.

- The song was supposed to be an interlude like Song or Suicide on the last album, but Linde?s hand was very swollen for a few days. And of course this happened just as we were supposed to record the song. But in the end it was a godsend. Matt and I had time to fool around with the song. Giorgio Moroder had a chance to lift his head, and the song became completely different from what we had planned, Valo says.

The final tracks of HIM?s albums have sometimes been a hint about the future direction of the band?s music. Like for example In the Nightside of Eden from Dark Light (2005).
