BiG Cheese Magazine are doing a poll on their site for whose new album you are most excited to hear in 2010, HIM are leading the poll with 65.3% of the votes.  :D

you know what i was thinking? since the album is sorta 80's geared.....they should add THTBA as a bonus hidden track! wouldnt that be sweet?!

If they re-recorded it, yeah it would be a really cool idea. But there is no way they would do it. I just get the feeling Ville wouldn't want to do that.

don't be surprised if one of the new songs has a similar arrangement. remember salt in our wounds thulsa doom version cough cough (the main riff in sleepwalking past hope)
p.s. when the fuck is heartagram gonna make another update it's been like four days and it's pissing me off lol

Hahaha, that's funny.
Anyways, sorry to shoot your idea down. Didn't mean to be a pessimist.

yeah sleepwalking past hope main riff and that riff in thulsa doom version of salt in our wound are pretty similar ,but too happy to be alive and one last time has that guitar/bass riff really similar too maybe a little bit faster in too happy to be alive.
i´m pretty wondered about Love the hardest way acoustic version.
But i think the piano parts are pretty soft ,if you are listening to And love said no that they played on Helldone 2009/2010 ,piano is pretty soft and the other new songs has that soft piano melodies and riffs too, don´t you think so?

ville talking about heartkiller.

to me...he looks really weird...but its a good vid about the song.

and he does say parts of the lyrics...it is "luna alight" and "under the lesser light"

EDIT: new pic...looooks like we're gettin a Heartkiller wideo.

what about this one...

at a really quick first glance...looks like their bringing an old feel back with the vids...the costume-y effect from JM (ice) and WG...

just my 3 second perspective on it...but we shall see...

Love the video, and LOVE the clip of Shatter Me With Hope.

The theme of this album seems to be big, catchy, anthemic choruses. I think I like it, but I want to hear the whole song.

EDIT*

New review of the album:

http://underthegunreview.net/2010/01/04/review-him-screamworks-love-in-theory-and-practice/

Makes you more excited, and once again agrees that the last two songs will blow your mind.

Shatter Me With Hope (The Sword Of Democles) ... is this a Mix or Version?...I got the impression from the sound, and the title add could proof this

by the way: I LOVE this snip as well :)

and CANNOT wait for the Heartkiller video

and the review posted above really makes me going crazy now, as I know there's a record out there I wanna hear so badly...but nevertheless I've got to wait a couple of weeks
