Absolutely wonderful, this is what we have been waiting for.  The ball has started rolling, let the hype begin!

It sounds great, sounds kinda experimental too which should be fun to hear.

http://www.metalhammer.co.uk/news/ville-valo-this-is-our-most-sexual-album/

You?ve already read about our track-by-track guide to the new HIM album, now we speak to Ville Valo about what he?s calling HIM?s most sexual album!

Ville Valo has spoken to Metal Hammer about the band?s new album ?Screamworks: Love In Theory and Practice? and he describes it as the band?s most sexual work to date!

Hammer: It feels like a very horny album.

Ville Valo: ?Lyrically, it?s the most sexual one, the most horny one, we?ve ever made. The horny and the horned. Like the Impaled Nazarene song. It?s got that and a sense of immediacy: ?I want it now, now, now?. It?s not about being poetic or forlorn about something that is about to happen, it?s actually about something that is happening at this very moment in time.?

?I like the immediacy of it. There?s a lot of information put in short songs and they don?t let go. That was the whole vibe for me. You should have seen me working the vocals out in the middle of the night, amongst my taxidermy owls in the tower screaming my guts out, unable to stop until 9am and then sleeping on a couch for two hours before starting again. So the whole process of the album is very close to that mental boner that just didn?t go away.?

I'm so horny now! ;)

Did you guys happen to see the new update on Heartagram? It doesn't make sense at all, the link doesn't take me anywhere just refreshes the page. But I saw it because someone posted it on Facebook, and it's just a picture of his arm and his shirt. What do you think of this?

YAY!!! This made my day!! At last we get some real info on the new album! :) And the Metal Hammer review sounds promising. Now all I need are some song clips to tide me over til Feb. ;)

Give it a month and I am thinking that is what we will have...well if Venus Doom and Dark Light were anything to go by.

so far this cd looks like its gonna be good, but the song names seem very strange this time...almost not HIM-like.

I agree to extent, Heartkiller, Katherine Wheel and Acoustic Funeral (For Love In Limbo) don't sound too HIM-esque but I think HIM is a constantly evolving band so it is hard to classify them as being something they did earlier...if that makes sense  ;D

I actually think that this picture is cooler then venus doom's cover. Really though Im hoping that the band tries to stay away from doing an album cover like that and decide to put ville on the cover again ala razorblade romance.

i just found this on the rocksound magazine site

HIM have announced a run of UK dates for March next year, they are as follows:

MARCH
13 - NORWICH UEA
14 - MANCHESTER O2 Academy
15 - EDINBURGH O2 Picture House
16 - NEWCASTLE O2 Academy
18 - BOURNEMOUTH O2 Academy
19 - BIRMINGHAM O2 Academy

this should mean a US tour should after or during these shows
