I try upload it, but something wrong.

there is a little row of pictures that you can click on to do numerous things
if you click on the little picture under the
italics I this shows up:

in between them you can post a link like:
http://www.freewebs.com/villessanctuary/heartagram%5D.bmpwhich would look like this
[ img ]
http://www.freewebs.com/villessanctuary/heartagram%5D.bmp [ / img ]
without the spaces
so it should come out like this:
