If you go to the website and put in the name of your carrier and what type of phone you have, if you have internet access and text messaging you will get the rington.  If you went to the website and read how to do it, you would have answered your own question.

September 24, 2007 is when the last comment was made before you brought it back.  I could see if you had something to add to the topic but just to ask if it works?  You said you tried it on another website, that's just the thing.  All sites are not the same so you have to read each one and I'm pretty sure they will tell you what to do.
