According to Best Buy, yes, and it comes out in July. These CD's aren't that great, but they are somtimes interesting.

It's such a rip off of the Uneasy 1 cover...complete with the "fake" HIM font, Mason. Sheesh. I could photoshop a better cover than that!

Heard the Nirvana one and others too. Not bad, not great.
Guess it would be like the bluegrass versions

There is one for V.R., 'Tallica, and other bands too.
I have seen this, mostly it is done through the label. So nothing big is expected out of this, it would have been better if it an actual band. Not just guys who want to cover your shit.

In all truth the only group to pull off a group of covers on strings by a decent bad are Apocalyptica (With their "Plays Metallica with Four Cellos" album) but even then it wasn't that good. I have heard some pretty cool interpretations done by these sort of bands and musicians. The ones for A Perfect circle and Tool haven't been half bad. But they normally mimic the vocals with some string instrument. I think it would be funny to see a double bass do Ville's vocals
