Any news on how it went and anybody know if they played passions killing floor?

People on the heartagram forums are reporting that it was a bad show. Ville was apparently more drunk than usual and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I'm not so sure I believe that because he's been promoting the show alot over the past few weeks.

H.I.M kicked off the first night of Give It A Name 07 in fine style last night (April 27).

The Finnish quintet performed a host of tracks from their back catalogue and threw in a cover of Napalm Death's 'You Suffer' during the hardcore all-dayer at Earls Court.

The band also showcased new song 'Dead Lovers Lane' alongside the likes of 'Vampire Heart' and 'Buried Alive By Love'.

I don't think that it was because he didn't want to be there, he made a comment about the fact that it had been a while since he was last on stage and that he "felt naked". Initially, the sound was poor and we could hardly hear him, but it got better as the set went on and he seemed to relax. He forgot quite a lot of lyrics all the way through too. I enjoyed the show overall but it certainly wasn't one of the best that I have been to! Of course there was still strong support from everyone near the front. New track was pretty good - one of the best on the night in my opinion.

Ville said that they will play Passions Killing Floor....but its anyway....I hope the new song will be on a intrnet next hours or a days... for thats it all about..

it's not like the drinking is a new thing either.
i saw him almost smash up linde's floor rig with a mic stand on accident a few years ago lol

I don't get what the big deal is, its the same thing as they have always done. The only thing that hassled them last night was the poor sound.

why do they cover any song?
they like it? or maybe it's from a band that inspired them.
that is usually grounds for a cover.
you don't cover songs you don't like.

i was there it was really good apart from valo forgetting words and his vocal wernt loud enough for the first few songs but they had pretty good sound otherwise

and valo seemed very different he did said he felt naked . . .

That isn't Dead Lovers Lane. That was the introduction music. Dead Lovers Lane was in the middle of the set.

i fought it was really good some good riffs awesome solo and a heavy breakdown im looking forward to hearing it properly also they performed it really tightly

they were filming it proper with high quailty cameras but they were showing it on the side of the stage so there good chance they didnt record it

but i must say this was the 4th time seeing them and valo was acting pretty weird and pretty drunk but when i could hear him it was good
