Well i saw HIM at projekt yesterday in Chicago.

I'm going to have to say, it was my 5th time seeing them.

and everytime ive seen them, i was blown away. completely.

but yesterday

SUCKED

the entire band was not into it, just blew through every song, didnt talk to anybody. and when the last song was done Ville just threw his mic down and stormed off the stage.

I mean i sort of felt bad for them, it looked like they did not want to be there one bit.

They played.

Passions Killing Floor
Wings of a Butterfly
Wicked Game
Your Sweet Six Six Six
Killing Lonliness
Kiss of Dawn
Dead Lovers Lane
Vampire Heart

but not in that order.

but overall the show was just not good and im very glad i went for free.

I didn't think they were bad. You forgot You Suffer on the setlist. :P Also, was that really Chester that was signing for Julien-K? I wouldn't know. They sounded good, though.

poor thing :(
Could Ville just be miserable and misses his hometown?
I hope my first HIM experience wont be that way.  :-\

Hopefully on their own gigs they'll play better, without boring shows...
I'm fine but I hear those voices at night...

I went to the Indy show the day before (Friday) and I have to say almost the same thing...They just were not into it...Don't get me wrong they were amazing but they just didn't seem excited over being in a new city, which is kind of sad...

Keep in mind HIM doesn't like to be an opening act.

Good call, I should have looked around the torrent sites.  Unfortunately I'm not a member and have no access.  But I did get it from OiNK.

I can't wait until this tour is over, they don't wanna be there.  The whole thing just kinda sucks for them.

However, being pissy little bitches about it is only gonna tarnish their live reputation.  Would prefer it if they just gritted their teeth with it a bit better.

I had a great time at projekt Revolution, after all that I only picked up one new band that I can say I enjoy and that is Mindless Self Indulgence. Great show by all the bands but I'm glad it's over so HIM can get back on the road in the US!!!!

I saw the show in Selma Texas, and waited 6 hours just to see HIM for 30 minutes...but it was more than worth it...they were awesome.
