MSN Music is broadcasting live from the venue. I'm not sure if its gonna be an audio or video stream or if they are even broadcasting the whole event. I'm hoping the whole HIM set is gonna be played though. Anyone else gonna try to record it? I'm out of town and might now have a computer available to me.

After the fiasco of KROQ's recording attempt, I've downloaded WM & RM recorder but I have no idea about how to use it

Maybe I can practice a little bit days after the show, moving here and there and hopefully I can try to record it

Do you have any clue about how to use that thing? Let's just say the basic rules or something? $:-\$

Anyways, I'm sure there will be someone else trying to record it too

Basically you just have the program open running in ADA mode. As soon as you open a streaming video the program will recognize it and display it in the url field on the program. Just hit record and your set. Only problem is WM Recorder has a 2 min. limit unless you register it. You either have to purchase it or find a serial. If its a audio stream recording is much easier. I use Advanced MP3 WMA Recorder. Just hit record and everything you can hear coming out of your speaker is recorded. Just make sure to record in WAV format to avoid further loss in quality.

I will definately record audio. Better to have a good audio, than having both audio and video with interruptions every minute.

Well if they really are playing for an hour thats a good 12-14 songs.

There isn't going to be a webcast tomorrow

MSN just updated the Sasquatch page and in the about section it says this...

"MSN Entertainment is presenting a Webcast of Sasquatch highlights, including performances by Beck, Bauhaus, Queens of the Stone Age, Band of Horses, TV on the Radio, Nada Surf and many others on Thursday, June 1. Come back to see the best of the weekend's performances!"

fuckers... I'll be at my HIM show that day, but I dont think there gonna show the whole performance. Probably just Killing Loneliness or Wings of a Butterfly.

I still think they will air footage, HIM are one of the headliners. If you go to Friday guide it has them listed as well, none of the smaller bands. So this could be the guide to webcast!

Can someone post the link of the video when the broadcasting starts, I guess the link to the gigs before HIM is the same as the link for HIM.

damn, I have so many questions...

I'm waiting for the webstream just in case that they decide to show HIM's performance. I've downloaded WM & RM recorder in case that it's a video stream and I'll try to follow lastxcallforsin's instructions so hopefully I'll be able to catch it but... does anybody knows which kind of stream it will be? WM or RM?

there was not. there just gonna show a webcast with highlights june 1st.
