I like Lesser Key! But I don't wanna sound rude, but the only thing that cracks me up every time is the vocalist's lisp, just like he's missing his front teeth :D The lyrics and sound are pretty neat though!

Oh man you might have just ruined it lol.

I'll have to listen for that now and I'll never unhear it lmao!

I dunno Jay, I'm getting stronger Chevelle vibes from Lesser Key than Deftones vibes....plus now I definitely can't unhear that lithp. Not bad, just not my cup of tea.

The new 69 Eyes has leaked. If you can't wait another day, go for it.

I've heard the whole album a couple of days ago on Radiorock.fi, it was like the world premiere or something, idk. The album is nice, I really really like it. But, to be honest, I cannot say that this album is the bomb. Just good old 69 Eyes but with light rock'n'roll vibe. I don't know why they chose "Jet Fighter Plane" and "Dolce Vita" as singles, because, in my opnion, other tracks from the album are way more awesome. I don't remember exactly the name of the song, "Lady Darkness" I guess, this song is some really good stuff, probably my favorite one from the album.

I'd have to say Lady Darkness is my favorite at the moment too. I think it was a solid album. Certainly nothing special, but I think most people will enjoy it more than X. None of the songs really seemed like filler, but none of them stood out as being anything special either. Not bad at all, though. Overall, it was just good. Almost 47 minutes long and it seemed like it went by in a breeze, but there isn't that one song I'll go back to and listen to over and over again because it was just so amazing.

Even though I couldn't listen to Jussi and Ville's radio show live, I did try to listen to the songs that showed on the playlist of the RadioRock site! That sounds really sad/nerdy now that I think about it... ::)

It was recorded before Prince died. It wasn't a live broadcast.

Prince died? I didn't know that! I just really like Prince and wish they would've played a song from him. :'(

Rob Zombie's new album is AMAZING, though ridiculously titled.

Double posting ftw.

I've been making my way through the Dark Light podcasts these past couple of days. Man, they bring me right back to that time. So good.

Samsas Traum - K.haos-Prinz und Wind-Prinzessin

Samsas Traum (Samsa's Dream, after the protagonist in Kafka's The Metamorphosis) was a bit of an acquired taste to me, to be honest. This one along with Sisyphos and So wie die Wellen (Like Waves/In the Same Way the Waves Do) were early favorites.
I could rec so, so many songs but I'll refrain from that and link you his 2004 Live DVD instead ;D
Blut ist in der Waschmuschel (Austrian for Blood Is in the Sink) always reminds me of Join Me, they have nothing in common musically but similar themes. Basically, the protagonist is a psychopath who kills his lover and himself so they can be together. It's poetic and really romantic in a very twisted way, though xD
Will you dance to this beat and hold a lover close
