the first time i saw them they were on for about 30-45 minutes.

I'm assuming this was a Projekt Revolution show?  Because I don't know of any show on their regular tours, excluding PR, that have been 30-45 minutes long.

I've also seen gigs where they played only played 25 min.

That was Rock am Ring 1999 they only played 4 songs and then ended.

I've seen HIM live for the first time at Florence and their performance has just been about one hour, and after 13 hours of waiting it hasn't been a very good thing...but they have played without doing any break, and this is very great, because this means that all the time in which I've stayed here, has been a time just only characterized by the music ^_^
