Can anyone give me an estimate on how long HIM's set might be?

If HIM ever became bigger than they are now, and did arena shows, would they increase the set length to, say, two hours, or keep it as an hour and a half or so?

im gonna say hamburg. the Love Metal premiere gig. they had a 10 song set and then 4 song encore i think thats the longest

They play more than 14 songs usually but the love metal Hamburg show takes up two CD's (the bootleg of it), and most shows fit on one CD, so you may be right... unless HIM has at some point done a huge set no one recorded.

Milan 2004 19 songs 100 minutes

since october the band play 17-19 songs \ 80-90 minutes set

Are you sure?

They played about 16 songs at the 2004 show in Philadelphia. Only one less than the current UK shows.

It also depends on the amount of time they take for filler. Sometimes Ville wants to talk, other times, they just blow right through the songs without stopping much. Electric Factory 2004 was pretty long.

i saw show with 45 mins and shows with 2h

it depends on their mood i think...
festivals are shorter..

depends on the show or if its a festival they sometimes play for 50 minutes to about and hour and a half or so

That would be sweet, linkin park's set at projekt rev was more than 2 hours and they played like 20+ songs.

now they play about 16 - 20 songs, it's about 2 hours, it also depends on if they play sleepwalking past hope^^

now at the moment all places got SPH but when the tour began like in Lycabettus Theater in the end of 2007 for example they didn't played SPH

Saw the gig in Hamburg, 2008-02-27... the gig took about 2 hours, but u have to take into account, they played SPH...

it really depends on the kind of gig. the first time i saw them they were on for about 30-45 minutes. the second time they were on for almost 2 hours. they usually do up to about 15-18 songs or around there depending on the kind of gig

Not to mention, Ville does like to ramble on sometimes. Add all of his rambling together, it comes to about 15 mins total lol.

Then they may do an extended jam in a couple songs.

Then if your lucky... an encore.

yeah me too!!!
they played for almost 105min and then it ended.
i was hoping so much that they'd come back for one or two encore songs but unfortunately not.

But the gig still kicked ass
