I'm trying to think if the LA shows are really all that different than the SF shows. There are more tards at the LA ones, that's for sure, but the same amount of pushing and bullshit as SF.

There are only 2 out of the 7 shows I've been to that I haven't met/seen up close at least 2 members of the band.

Ya, I was there. I have pictures somewhere. That's when I first met Ville (I couldn't hang around 2 hours after the Roxy to wait for him like Carrie) And yes, I cried like a baby. It was great! He was really nice and Seppo even handed a cd of mine to Burton who was already on the bus so I could get it signed.

I've only seen them once...planning on going again, but the next time i want to meet them...how do you go on doing that? Do you just wait for them after the show? Cause i heard after the Warfield gig in Feb 2005, people waited for hours in the rain, and the whole band just walked on by and didnt sign or take pics... But thats just what i heard...Dont know if its true or not, because i always thought HIM was really good to their fans.

They are very good to their fans. But circumstances sometimes are that they can't take the time to stop. And I fear that as they get more popular it will just be impossible for them to do it anymore

Meeting them is a little bit of luck and a little bit of being in the right place at the right time. Out of 6 gigs, I saw/talked to most of them at 3. (not bad odds) And the first time I didn't even know enough to try. Other fans who stayed after did meet them.

I have to say that Justin, Cheryl and I are to blame for that. We got a meet and greet with them after the show so they were tired and just wanted to go back to the hotel, I'm sure.
