The first songs that I heard were Join Me and Resuerrction,then I bought Razorblade Romance :)
That was like.....probablt when it came out,around there....

My first HIM album was RR...it was my...fourteenth birthday, and I begged my mother for it. She also got my a RR shirt. It was worth the wait to get it all though. ::sigh:: Now I own all the albums, as I'm sure the rest of you do too. haha

I bought RR first, followed in quick succession by Love Metal then DSABH  (yay half.com)  GLS666 took a while longer to get a hold of - and I ended up with a eastern European bootleg off ebay.  I made good, though.  I bought the real one when it was released here.

The reason for that is because the first song that got me interested in him was Gone with the sin(orchestra version) and that song is on one of the singles in the box

lol the first album i bought was dark light, it sucks being a HIM fan in australia, especially a small town where ur the only one hu knows about them

Why? At Least you dont walk about and everyone assumes your a poser. I have been wearing HIM stuff for years, now because they are "cool" and people know about them, everyone wears it. I look like one of them now

My friend got me into HIM, he went to the Berlin show and recorded it.

His quality wasnt the best, but it got me into the best band ever.

i know, that sucks, where i live its not that bad, well.. only that with the appearance of Ville with apocalyptica and LAURY well... now all the fangirls of the rasmus are into HIM, its sad, im not against them but.. i looked at their new fanclub (official!! wtf? there was already an official HIM club with more than 2 years and this girls have 3 days of knowing HIM (ville) and now they are official!!?!?) it sucks really, they doesnt know a damn thing of HIM >.<

2 years ago i started seeing heartagrams around, and i remember thinking that it was an awesome symbol, had no idea what it was though.... then my friend was on heartagram.com and he showed me don't fear the reaper, needless to say i was hooked, first album was actually love metal.... brilliant stuff

First a german friend showed me a few Greatest Lovesongs tracks and I liked the sound... then,  a few months later he sent me GLS and Razorblade Romance  in cd's as a birthday present and then I fell in love... but I unwraped first Razorblade Romance, so I guess that was my first  ;)

Years ago I got a CD with YS666, listen to it and the got the album GLV666. And I liked the band.
After a time (maybe a year or something), I heard their single Join Me, and realized HIM has a new album, got that and I loved it.

When I read the title of GVL666 for the first time, I had something like, 'what kind of band is that?'  :)

In school around the end of  2000 to early 2001  i think.. Me and my freinds all got hooked. It was kinda weird when you told someone what you listened to and they never even heard of them...  Now it seems everyone knows them... I expected that to happen.. and im sure all you did too.

Forgot to say the album haha.. I think the first one i bought was GLSV 666

My mom's friend burnt me Greatest Love Songs Vol. 666. I got hooked on that, and then a few months later, Razorblade Romance came out in the US. I bought that.

Then I bought Love Metal for Chirstmas, and my friend burnt me The Singles Collection. Then I eventually found DSBH at a local store, and rebought all the stuff I had burnt.

Then singles and ALSN came along, and I spent a lot of money. ;)
