Title: 2012/13 audio and video permissions flaw

Someone may want to take a look at the permissions for those two particular areas and correct them. Everywhere else is fine, as far as I can tell.

btw Jaysus, Jaded_heart she is allowed in media section but she cant post there, look at it, only in media section

I changed her group setting, maybe that'll help her.
