No he's not, it's been asked before. He is simply saying "Here we go so the Devil's", it's only on that specific show he said that and I believe it was because of all the stuff going on in the background that he was trying to help with.

its a phrase that you yell when you play hide and seek, its supposed to make the other person noticeable.....for example, if the person is hiding in a bush, he might get nervous and shake it!

It's a phrased used in Hide and Seek. When the person looking for the other ppl yells it, it means that the others can come out form hiding.

if your playing hide and go seek...after you tag 1 person...you yell "olley olley oxen free." and everyone playing the game hears it...and knows its okay to stop hiding...and start a new game...
