No .... I heard that he came on stage after a few songs but not up from the beginning of the show .

There is a clip on YouTube where Bam is introducing HIM via a video on a screen at Ruisrock so I don't think he was there filming from the very beginning.

Well, from what I heard, Ville was meant to be at the end of Where The Fuck Is Santa? but he left Finland while Bam was filming. This was said on a Radio Bam episode. People were saying to was probably because Ville is trying to stay sober and Bam & Co...aren't.
No idea if Ville is going to be in the film but he was meant to be.

Zhivago - No idea what Ville said to Bam. And apparently someone grabbed the others ass at the end of the video for a brief second in that clip too.
MercuryAnne - I don't know if he is going to be in it, but I also heard he was meant to be and that's why I thought Bam was filming for it.

It know it is a while a ago, but it was a very good show :D
Bam just showed up on the stage randomly and started filming, not too long though.
He and Missy also introduced the show.
I don't think there's any professional filmed videos out there

i guess they are but some of them make you sick watching since the camera is all over the place and most have really bad audio i prefer professional ones but audience member ones definetly are better than none

There is a lot of talk about what Bam is going to do with the footage he filmed ON STAGE! (Lucky bastard!)
Bam being Bam will put it on something he's going to release, of course. There is a movie called Minghags that Bam has filmed and is releasing around Christmas. There is a lot of talk about the Ruisrock recordings being on the Minghags DVD as an extra.
I let you know if I find out more.

Haha, it would be really handy if they made it public about the time because I can't wait all day long till HIM maybe appears on the screen :P
Edit: I just found out that you can watch it anytime you want starting tomorrow.
So there's no really a specific time, that they're going to air it.

Why should they..? They never said they'd air the whole thing. They said they would air a few selected bits from some of the acts. Very few festivals air full performances online. The footage has monetary value, after all. It would be a waste of their money and effort to give it out for zero profit.
