so, it's no secret that I feel that HIM (and many other bands) have the best sound when the key is turned down. That being said, I cant say I fully enjoyed the farewell tour, because I was disappointed at the fact that since 2012 or so, Ville has made it a point to try to sing at a higher key. I guess I could say it all started during the SW tour in 2010 when he decided to quit smoking cigs. Anyway, I figured out, after a few drinks that my ears just respond to doomy music, not anything specific, but I love the sound of a guitar, piano or voice at a low key, It's why I enjoyed the 2007 era SO GODDAMN MUCH!
